Rajma Recipe 🍛
Ingredients
Rajma Curry Ke Liye
- 1 cup rajma (overnight soaked)
- 2 pyaz chopped
- 2 tamatar puree
- 1 tbsp adrak-lasun paste
- 2 hari mirch
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- ½ tsp haldi
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Namak taste ke hisaab se
- 2 tbsp oil ya butter
- Hara dhaniya garnish ke liye
Step 1: Rajma Boil Karein
Rajma ko raat bhar paani mein bhigo dein.
Next day cooker mein rajma, namak aur paani daal kar 5-6 whistles tak soft hone tak pakaayein.
Step 2: Masala Prepare Karein
Pan mein oil ya butter garam karein.
Jeera daalein, phir pyaz ko golden brown hone tak bhunein.
Ab adrak-lasun paste aur hari mirch add karein.
Tamatar puree daal kar ache se cook karein jab tak oil separate na ho jaye.
Step 3: Spices Add Karein
Haldi, lal mirch, dhaniya powder aur namak add karein.
2 minute tak masala bhunein.
Step 4: Rajma Mix Karein
Boiled rajma aur uska paani masale mein add karein.
Medium flame par 15-20 minute simmer hone dein taaki gravy thick aur flavorful ho jaye.
Last mein garam masala aur hara dhaniya daal dein.
Serving Tip 😋
Garam-garam rajma ko steamed rice, jeera rice ya butter naan ke saath serve karein.
