Palak Paneer Recipe 🥬🧀

- 250g paneer cubes
- 2 bunch palak (spinach)
- 2 pyaz chopped
- 2 tamatar chopped
- 1 tbsp adrak-lasun paste
- 2 hari mirch
- ½ tsp jeera
- ½ tsp haldi
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp cream (optional)
- 2 tbsp oil ya butter
- Namak taste ke hisaab se
Step 1: Palak Prepare Karein
Palak ko ache se wash karein.
Boiling water mein 2 minute blanch karein aur turant thande paani mein daal dein.
Ab palak aur hari mirch ko smooth paste bana lein.
Step 2: Masala Banayein
Pan mein oil ya butter garam karein.
Jeera daalein, phir pyaz ko golden hone tak bhunein.
Adrak-lasun paste add karein.
Tamatar daal kar soft hone tak cook karein.
Step 3: Gravy Ready Karein
Haldi, dhaniya powder aur namak add karein.
Ab palak puree mix karein aur 5-7 minute tak cook karein.
Step 4: Paneer Add Karein
Paneer cubes daal kar 3-4 minute simmer karein.
Last mein garam masala aur cream add karein.

Garam-garam palak paneer ko naan, roti ya jeera rice ke saath serve karein.
